DIY Weddings! Some of my favorite weddings are the do-it-yourself ones. The positive: Gorgeous, one of a kind decorations and amazing food. The negative: lots and lots of time. Although, I think its worth it in the end. Alli and Justin had a small beautiful ceremony and reception that was almost a completely DIY, from their arbor they exchanged vows under to the wonderful reception food and homemade cookie favors. YUM! They also made those accents hanging from the trees. It was very hot outside (see the cake-melting image) but we had a fantastic time at Petit Jean State Park in Morrilton, AR. A park is an inexpensive great place to get married because all those trees surrounding your subjects makes for excellent backgrounds that fill the frame. They also look very fairy-tale like, if your wanting a 'magical' wedding.
